"The Greatest Free Sample Ever" (French: "Les meilleures tartelettes du monde") is the fourth episode in the first season of the French animated series Angelo Rules.
Synopsis[]
Angelo and his friends plan to get one of Cathy's free samples.
Plot[]
Sherwood is recording footage of how the townspeople are getting ready for the cupcakes to be out. Cathy taps her hat twice and yells "Free samples!" while they each get one. Angelo has a plan.
At home, they study the tapes. It was shown that she was pulling out the empty tray the entire time. Back at the Sugar Shack, they encounter Manetti. After a little conversation, Angelo introduces the slingshot skateboard. He attempts to get a cupcake, but she pulls out the empty tray. He tries it again, and finally gets one.
Their idea has gone as planned, but when Manetti is about to pound Angelo's face in, Angelo gives the cupcake to him. He pulls out another one, making it the real greatest free sample ever. He feels sort of bad for him and hands it out. Cathy gives a box of cupcakes to the gang, making them happy.
